Review: The Secret of the wings

Secret of the Wings is a Tinker Bell movie which is made by Disney.  I watched it yesterday with my Daddy.  Funnily enough, Daddy really liked it.  Mummy was not there because she was too busy cleaning the house (what a good mummy!).

Spoiler alert
The good bits: When we found out they were sisters ( Peri Winkle and Tinker Bell)

The bad bits: When we thought the tree was going to run out of Pixie dust.

Our scores:
Daddy's score:9/10
Meme's score:9/10
My score:9.5/10

Review: Diary of a Wimpy kid 3 (Dog days)

I went to go see Diary of a Wimpy kid 3 with my best friend (BFF) and sister (Meme) on Thursday. We were laughing but Mummy wasn't. We ate Cheese balls, Frozen coke and a little freddo each. I know that sounds junky but we all did martial arts afterwards (except mummy).

Spoiler Alert
What I liked about the movie:  When he jumped off the diving board and his pants came off. I also liked it when the troop leader told the story about the hand and when the brother pretended to drown so the girl could save him but then a man saved him.

What I didn't like about the movie: When they went on the scary rides and the Sweet 16 party.

Here are all of our score's:

BFF's score: 9.5/10
Meme's score: 8/10
Mummy's score: 3/10
My score: 6.5/10

Great Series for boys- Avatar (Anime)

There are a lot of episodes of Avatar that boys (and girls like me) would like.

Book 1 is the first series. It is about the water benders (like Katara). Water benders are the good guys and they can control water.

Book 2 is the second series and it is about the earth benders. The main earth bender character is Toph, she is a twelve year old, blind girl that can move dirt, rocks and stuff. Some earth benders are good and some are bad.

Book 3 is the third series and it's about the fire benders. These are the bad guys and they (as you can guess) control fire

Have a great day :)

How I watch Movies at Home...

This is how I watch movies at home.

First, I like to have the same spot on the couch every single time.
Secondly, I like to put a little stable table beside me.
Then I put a chocolate breaka on my stable table,
and tell it to get in my tummy.
Next, I need to have the ALL the remotes and my iPod touch beside me.
And last but not least, I have to have Momo (what I call my stuffed Elmo toy) and Rufus (my stinky dog toy) beside me to rest my head on.

You can share with me how you like to watch movies at home, write it right down where you comment.

Have a great day :)

Madagascar 3 - The Review

Well,

Yesterday, I saw Madagascar 3 in 3D! I loved it!  My family and I were mainly the only ones laughing. I don't know why the rest of the people weren't laughing as loud as us. It was so funny!

So, here is some advice, if you have not seen it... see it! It is good in 3D and it would be almost as good without 3D too.  My favourite new character was Sonia, the big smelly bear.  Here is my family's favourite new characters and our scores:

Daddy's score: 10/10
Mummy's Score: 8/10
Sister's score: 10/10
My score: 9.5/10

Daddy's Favourite Character: Stefano the Sea Lion
Mummy's Favourite Character: Sonia the Bear
Sister's Favourite Character: Stefano the Sea Lion
My Favourite Character: Sonia the Bear

Hi,

I'm sorry I did not write in here on Monday and Tuesday I could not get onto it.

I decided I was going to watch Madagascar with my dad on the week end.  Pretty soon we will go see Diary of a wimpy Kid 3 (dog days).

Facts:
Hotel Transylvania rated: PG
My Score: 9/10
My sisters score: 10/10

Good movies in 3D

We recently watched Finding Nemo in 3D,  I really liked it in 3D because they swam around a lot and it looked like they were going to come out of screen.

I have not seen Madagascar 3 yet. But I think it would be funny and good in 3D.  I have seen the advertisement of Madagascar 3 though.

Have you seen it yet? Did you like it?

Whats not good and what is good to eat at the cinema

What is not good to eat at the cinemas.

I know these are delicious but they are bad for a few reasons

Ice-cream: You can spill it on you.
Popcorn: it gets stuck in your teeth and you don't want to go on a date like that.
Burger-Rings: Your breath can stink and you really, really do not want to kiss someone when your breath stinks.

What is good to eat at the cinemas.

Maltesers: They are delicious, malty and crunchy.
Plain chips: your breath smells plain and it is yummy
M&Ms: it has chocolate, they are small and they last a long time (if you suck them)

What do you like to eat at the cinemas?

Total Recall

So...
I just saw a movie on the weekend.  It was called Total Recall and it was set in the future.  I would say that children like toddlers would not be able to watch this because it has a little bit of swearing and one other bit that was a little rude. If you see on one of my tabs up there,  it says movies for older children and you'll be able to find out what rating it is.

iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

I figured out last year that you can put movies on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
So when we are watching a movie that I do not like, I can put in my headphones and watch a movie on my iPod touch or iPad.

I know that most of you know this so I am sorry if this is not that interesting to you.

Where I sit

Hopefully this is helpful to you and not just me.

Hi guys,
So the last movie I saw was Total Recall.  I'm not going to talk about that though.  I think that I would hate to sit up the front because you have to look up and I'm quite little and it hurts my neck.  And I find that the back is squishy and you can barely see the screen, So the middle is a very good spot.  If you sit 2 seats up from where the stairs are I love sitting there.

I am sorry if this is not helpful.

Disney Channel

If I had to pick a movie to watch again it would be the tooth fairy.

It was so funny. It is now on T.V. I don't have have many things to say about this but it was so funny so we saw it twice at the movies.

Well, one of my favourite channels would be Disney channel and my favourite shows on there would be...

1. Good luck Charlie

2. Shake it up

3. H2O

4. kick'n it

5. A.N.T farm

6. Pair of kings

7. Wizards of Waverly Place

8.  Suite life on deck

P.S this might not be helpful to you but its helpful to me

How to make the movies at home...

I know I started 2 days ago but people do like to know what rating and what movies are on.

Once we wanted to go to the movies but there was a MASSIVE line that went out side of the movies.  So we went home and watched a movie we turned the upstairs lounge room into a movie theater.  We used

1. blankets (to cover up the gaps in the window)

2. A stool (as a table)

3. A mattress (as a seat)

4. Pillows (as the part of the chair where your back leans on)

and lots lots more crazy things.

xx Have to get ready for school.

H2O (just add water)

Hey,
I love the movie H2O.  I found it when I was on a plane to New Zealand. If you have a T.V.  it is sometimes on Disney channel and you can get it on DVD as well.

xxx
P.S. If you're wondering I found it out when I was 5 years old.

Finding Nemo

I know this is on the same day but I go to school so I can't write in here all the time.

I went to see Finding Nemo in 3D on the weekend but my dad went to go see a different movie on Father's day.  But then he came to are movie half way through.  Finding Nemo was great in 3D
(but I already have the DVD).

P.S. you can find out the rating, it is on one of the tabs up there (I forgot what the tab name was).

Cheap Stuff...

I just quickly thought I should add that I live in Australia.

Hey,
My favourite DVD is Sesame Street and Sponge Bob.  Now I know you guys are thinking she is too old to be watching that but I do like Elmo.  So I will give you some advice to help make 3D movies and food cheaper.

1. If you have gone to a 3D movie once keep the 3D glasses so when you go next time you don't have to buy any and it's for free

2. If you have some Chocolate or chips at your house bring them so it doesn't cost anything

3. If you buy frozen coke at Mc Donalds I think it might be cheaper (this if you live near a Mc Donalds).

P.S. I know most people already do this but I think I will throw it in anyway.

Interview

Hey,
My name is Stompy (thats my nick name).  I am almost 9 and I just like movies.  So, the 1st time I saw a 3D movie was when I was 7 years old.  The movie was Despicable me, We loved it. When we were little we used to bring two cars to the movies so that when Meme (that's her nick name) got scared mum drove her back home, (Meme is my little sister).  So here is some advice for a couple of parents out there, Bring 2 cars to the movies in case your children are running around the place or are scared of something in the movie.  Or you can..

1. take them shopping

2. have a walk around the shopping center

3. Go get a bite to eat (if you're hungry)

4. Go for a drive

This is if your NOT single.

P.S. my mum works at Redcliffe Style.
